These terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions distributed in any form. Fritzer Designs reserves the right to change any rates and any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. By using this Website, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. You must agree to these terms/policies before placing your order, and you need to understand them.
 

Site Trademark and Copyrights
All content and graphics included on this site, is sole property of FRITZERDESIGNS.COM. We do have the right to prosecute if anything is copied or altered off this site.
 

General Copyrights and Trademarks
By supplying text, images, and other data to Fritzer Designs for inclusion on websites or other medium, the client declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark, permissions. Ownership of the final drafts will be transferred to the client upon final payment. All work is supplied through emails unless otherwise specified. Any discarded concepts and ideas remain the property of Fritzer Designs and must not be used by the client under any circumstances unless purchased seperately. Artwork should not be altered by any other party other than Fritzer Designs. Fritzer Designs may use all material freely in the pursuit of promotional purposes (portfolio).

Alterations and Use
No alterations or revisions of any kind are allowed on any products designed by Fritzer Designs without direct written consent and has to be approved. My design work is a work of art, alterations to your artwork would be like someone altering a famous painting by Monet or Van Gogh. All proofs of any kind that include graphics, layouts, etc, that are not selected by the you the client remain the property of Fritzer Designs and may be used in future.

Payment
All services require immediate payment. Payments accepted are PayPal, checks or money orders. PayPal is the preferred payment. All checks and money orders are held until they clear, that means no work will be done until payment clears.

PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. If you have any additional questions concerning payment through PayPal, please don't hesitate to contact us.
 

Refunds
NO REFUNDS will be given after the work has started. I work hard at what I do and I put many hours into these graphics, that is why there are no refunds given since I cannot refund my time.
 

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us! Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name-email-address-shipping address). Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience, and to process orders only. The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law.
 

Colors
You recognize that FritzerDesigns.com has attempted to accurately display the products on the site and that actual display will vary depending upon the hardware used to access the site and therefore the items you receive may differ in color from the pictures shown on the site or in your email.
We use Pantone™ colors on all our projects, color on screen can vary by computer display.

Non-Communication
If Fritzer Designs is unable to communicate with a client on a project for a duration of at least thirty days (30) by phone or email during the design and development process, the project will be canceled without prior notice and any payment paid will be forfeited to Fritzer Designs.

Project Completion Date
Fritzer Designs and the client must work together to complete the design projects in a timely manner. The first set of clients proofs are delivered within 10-12 business days after the return of the Custom Logo Design Questionnaire. However, we cannot guarantee deadlines as each project is unique and so is each client. Web work may take up to 30 days from start to finish depending on the clients communication with Fritzer Designs.
