1. Pay for the service you are seeking, our design fee varies depending on project and you have all rights to the artwork provided to you from me.

2. After payment has been received you will receive our Creative Brief sent to you by email.

• Take some time to fill out our creative brief. This is a very important step in the process. Describe your visions and expectations

3. Allow 10-12 business days (business days refer to m-f hours only) to receive your samples. All projects are unique and may require more work than others.

• When your custom logo design samples are completed, we will simply email the concepts to you. There’s no hassle of creating an account on our site. At this point you can forward the samples to your family, friends or associates to gather valuable input.

4. Select ONE sample from the concepts and proceed with revisions. May take up to 1-2 days depending on how extensive the changes are.

• Once you have decided on a sample, go ahead and let us know which one sample you have selected. If you require revisions, simply let us know and we will take care of everything. A revision consists of a font change, color change and graphic placement change. You will get up to 3 rounds of revisions. If you exceed the revisions allowed, you may be charged an additional fee.

5. Complete the project.

• Once you are completely satisfied with your final logo, we’ll send your final  files via email. You’ll be ready to move to print and web design immediately. Files include an eps, pdf and jpg file. All these files will be high enough resolution for any type of printing or sign making.

*On average, completion of logo design is about 10-12 days from start to finish. It just depends on the changes wanted and project. All projects vary in how much time it takes.
